All original artwork created by Painted Parks Studios remains the intellectual property of Painted Parks Studios, including artwork used for:
Purchasing a kit, print, original artwork, or other product does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.
Painted Parks Studios kits and products are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Customers may use purchased kits to create finished artwork for their own enjoyment, display the finished piece in their home or personal space, or give the finished piece as a personal gift.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, trace, redraw, digitize, sell, license, distribute, or commercially use Painted Parks Studios artwork, templates, guides, or designs without written permission.
You are welcome to display your finished painting, share photos of it online, or give it as a personal gift.
When sharing your finished painting online, we appreciate credit to Painted Parks Studios and/or tagging our account when possible.
Finished paintings created from Painted Parks Studios kits may not be sold, reproduced, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Without prior written permission, Painted Parks Studios artwork and materials may not be used for:
Painted Parks Studios kits may be used for private group activities, workshops, retreats, community programs, or events only when the kits are purchased for each participant.
Organizations, instructors, studios, or facilitators may not copy kit materials, reproduce templates, or create duplicate kits from a purchased design.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Painted Parks Studios retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork and custom designs.
The customer receives ownership of the physical artwork or product purchased, but not the right to reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or commercially use the image of the artwork.
Commercial use rights, licensing rights, or exclusive-use arrangements must be negotiated separately in writing.
Product photos, lifestyle images, website graphics, and marketing images may not be copied, downloaded, reposted, edited, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Wholesale partners may be granted limited permission to use approved product images for the purpose of promoting and selling Painted Parks Studios products. Any such use must follow the terms provided by Painted Parks Studios.
Painted Parks Studios creates artwork inspired by landscapes, public lands, national parks, coastal places, and natural settings.
Unless specifically stated, Painted Parks Studios products are not official products of the National Park Service, the National Park Foundation, or any federal, state, or local park agency. Painted Parks Studios is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially licensed by those organizations.
